The i2N Helpdesk is staffed with experienced, friendly and responsive Helpdesk Analysts. Our Helpdesk staff are security cleared for Government work and are trusted partners on UK government networks. Supported by the i2N Helpdesk System and the i2N Issues and Change Management System i2N's Helpdesk ensures that all problems are tracked through to a satisfactory conclusion.

Applications Support

i2N's application support analysts are experts in the business process and are able to train on the application that they support. They help the end-user achieve the intended business function by coaching them on how to use the system and by logging and communicating any issues or change requests.

Technical Support

Any technical issues where an application is not appearing to behave as designed are diagnosed by the technical support team. The transaction is replicated locally or followed through on the customer network and the fault is identified and documented to ensure an effective resolution.

Infrastructure Support

i2N will provide infrastructure support to our own or other third party applications that we are supporting. i2N's technical staff can provide an analysis of infrastructure requirements and provide comprehensive administration support so that you can achieve greater efficiency and productivity.
