i2N is an independent applications development, testing, support and consultancy company. The company has a history of successfully implementing and supporting database and work flow applications for our clients. Established in 1997, i2N became a Limited Company in 1999 to expand capability and increase staffing, principally to meet growth in demand for our applications and to provide helpdesk support to a growing client base.

i2N's Senior Consultants have been driving and creating innovative solutions at the forefront of developments for over 20 years. Our experienced developers have proven track records in architectural environments ranging from classic RDBMS through client server to web based applications.

We believe our success is based on our commitment to our customers and working very closely with end users to ensure we have a full understanding of their business and technical needs and the work flows involved. i2N believe strongly in quality processes to ensure that all development and test procedures result in applications that are fit-for-purpose.

The i2N HELPDESK has been established for over five years and is staffed with experienced Helpdesk Analysts and qualified technicians, well trained in customer support. The helpdesk team is supported by the i2N HELPDESK system and the i2N Issues and Change Management system which provide an efficient and effective method of tracking, resolving and reporting issues. The team also assists in the development, testing and training of the applications they support and so are able to respond quickly, effectively and with a high degree of competency.
